Personal data we process
When you contact us by email, we may process the information you provide, such as your name, company, email address, telephone number if you choose to provide it, and the content of your message.
The contact form sends data through Netlify Forms. The information is processed to deliver your enquiry and respond to your message.
Purpose and legal basis
We use enquiry data to respond to your message, prepare a proposal, discuss an engagement and perform contractual or pre-contractual activities.
Where necessary, we may also process data to comply with legal obligations or protect legitimate business interests, such as maintaining business communication records and defending legal claims.
Retention period
We retain enquiry data for as long as necessary to respond, discuss and deliver the engagement. Business documentation is retained for the periods required by applicable law. Data that is no longer required is deleted or anonymised.
Recipients and hosting
The website is hosted on Netlify and the contact form uses Netlify Forms. Netlify may process technical data required to deliver the website and the data you submit through the form as a service provider.

Data may also be processed through email providers and other technical services used for business communication. We do not sell data or provide it to advertisers.
Cookies and external services
The current version of the website does not use analytics or marketing cookies. Videos are not embedded; they open through external links.
The website uses Google Fonts to display Sora and Manrope. When fonts are loaded, your browser may establish a connection with Google’s servers.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may request access to your personal data, correction of inaccurate data, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and the right to object.
